Jennifer Aniston has settled a lawsuit with a photographer regarding topless photos that were taken of her last year.
Aniston’s attorney, Jay Lavely, said, “It’s a confidential settlement. The matter was amicably resolved.â€
Aniston sued Peter Brandt in December of 2005 claiming that he invaded her privacy by using a telephoto lens to photograph her while she was in her home. Brandt said that he took the photos while he was standing on a public street 300 yards away from Aniston’s home.
