Britney Spears was none too happy when she boarded her United Airlines flight from Los Angeles to Miami Friday night…why? Because the friggin’ plane did not have leather seats. She demanded to be let off right before takeoff. A passenger told Splash News:

“She just said, ‘I don’t want to fly on this plane. It hasn’t got leather seats,’ Some people were getting really annoyed.”

The captain had to oblige to her request and later apologized to the passengers. She ended up taking a private plane to Florida. See the video here.

Britney performed at the House of Blues last night and had some technical difficulties. Hopefully those have been ironed out for her performance tonight and I’m sure we’ll all find out.

Note to Britney: I think you need to charter a private plane for your future travels. You’re gonna piss a lot of people off if you do a repeat tantrum and delay another flight. Whatever!!
