The rehabbed Lindsay Lohan was cited for investigation of DUI earlier this morning and was slightly injured when her vehicle struck a curb. She and two other passengers were in her 2005 Mercedes SL-65 when it crashed on Sunset Boulevard around 5:30 AM. No one else was hurt and no other vehicles were involved in the crash.

“She was cited and released because she has been admitted to a local hospital for minor injuries,” St. Mike Foxen said.

The story was first reported by x17 online.



I don’t understand why she wasn’t arrested. The girl needs to go bunk with Paris in jail.



***UPDATE*** - Upon investigation of Lilo’s vehicle at the scene, the police found cocaine…no surprise there.

Eva Longoria and her soon to be husband, Tony Parker, are considering adopting a baby, and could adopt right after they get married in July.

She said, “We both have big hearts and the finances to do it, and we want to be able to provide an environment of love and stability to a child who otherwise wouldn’t have that.”

The two met a couple years ago at a San Antonio Spurs game and have been together since, with the exception of a very brief split in September of last year. Their wedding will take place on July 7, 2007 in Paris, France. Shooting for Desperate Housewives will start on July 9th.

Sheryl Crow and her son, Wyatt (who is one month old), are featured on the cover of OK! Magazine. Reps from the mag would not disclose the terms of the deal for the Sheryl/Wyatt photo shoot, but Sheryl had mentioned on her website that she agreed to do the shoot after OK! offered to make a “generous donation” to the World Food Program, a United Nations organization that works to fight child hunger.

Jessica Simpson did dye her hair brown a while back because John Mayer told her to do so. That’s what sources are telling US Magazine. John told Jessica that he wanted her to change because he didn’t want to be dating a “blonde bimbo”. Well, now that they have supposedly split, Jessica is back to her original blonde ‘do. BUT, Jessica had said at the Cannes Film Festival on May 18th that she was going back to her blonde locks because of her upcoming role in her new film, Major Movie Star.

“I think I do have a little bit more fun as a blonde,” she told Us. “People take me a little too seriously when I’m a brunette. They think I’m trying to be dark and mysterious, when really I’m not.”

Ex-couple James Blunt and Petra Nemcova are trying very hard to avoid each other while they both are at the Cannes Film Festival. They both are invited to many of the same parties.



James Blunt arrived at the De Grisogono’s party at the Hotel Eden Roc on Tuesday and was ill at ease upon hearing that his ex-girlfriend was already there. He refused to be in the same room as her. Petra herself wasn’t too keen on the fact that James was there as well - “Don’t even talk to me about James. I just want to enjoy myself tonight.”



And I thought these two were so happy when they were together….

Former Argentine President Carlos Menem and his wife, former Miss Universe Cecilia Bolocco have split. They were married in 2001. The 72-year-old broke his silence about their marriage, saying that they have been separated for a while. This announcement comes on the heels of topless photos that have been circulating online of Bolocco and Luciano Marocchino, an Italian entrepreneur and who, coincidentally, is a Miss Universe Judge.



Menem had said that “living together had become impossible” and now the only bond they share is their son Maximo, who turns 4 in November. They had hoped to keep their separation a secret for the sake of Maximo and the rest of the family, but now that the topless photos have come to light, Menem had no choice but to come forward with the news of their separation.
