According to PEOPLE, Lindsay Lohan “quietly surrendered” to Beverly Hills police yesterday and was arrested on misdemeanor charges of DUI and hit and run from her Memorial Day weekend smashup in May. She arrived at the station at 4:15 PM and released an hour later after posting $30,000 bail.

Lindsay was only cited at the time of the accident, not arrested, because of the injuries she had sustained. Of course, we all know that she was drunk and police later found cocaine in her car. Not looking good for Lilo…

Court date is set for August 24.
