A witness at the N9NE Steakhouse in Dallas told PEOPLE Mag that the two were canoodling in a corner booth and were all smiles. If they had split a few weeks back like all the tabs were reporting, well, their public display of affection certainly silenced those rumors.

As gorgeous as Jessica is you have to wonder how much meddling Tony Romo will take with her dad. I realize that supposedly he said he’d back off, but how long would that last? There is nothing worse than a father that just can’t get out of their daughter’s business when they become adults.
