A Texas recording company exec bought two of Anna Nicole Smith’s diaries for $59,750. The diaries failed to sell recently, but then were put up for sale by Heritage Auction Galleries of Dallas with a minimum bid of $25,000. The diaries are from 1992 and 1994. A neighbor of Anna’s mother, Virgie Arthur, found the diaries when she was throwing them out with the trash.

Larry Birkhead just announced to reporters waiting in front of the courtroom in Bahamas….

“I hate to be the one to tell you this, but I told you so!” and threw his hands up in victory.

Howard K. Stern will not fight for custody of Dannielynn if DNA tests conclude that Larry Birkhead is the father. Sources released a statement to TMZ :

“If Larry Birkhead is confirmed to be Dannielynn’s biological father, Howard will not challenge custody. His love for her will not change, irrespective of the results. Howard will act in Dannielynn’s best interest, because he loves her and would want a smooth transition to protect her, as she is deeply bonded to those who have been with her since birth.

While Howard continues to believe and hope that he is Dannielynn’s biological father, he wants to be involved in her life, regardless of paternity. He wants to share the memories of her mother as the person who knew Anna best and all she wanted for Dannielynn.

Howard will do whatever is necessary to assist Larry Birkhead to defeat any effort by Virgie Arthur to obtain custody of Dannielynn.

Howard was not part of the paternity lawsuit filed while Anna Nicole was alive. The first person to challenge Howard on custody was Virgie Arthur — not Larry Birkhead. Howard is dedicated to Virgie Arthur not having custody of Dannielynn. He is well aware of how Anna Nicole felt about ‘Mommy Dearest’ and Anna’s feelings were clear regarding Virgie Arthur being anywhere near Dannielynn.

Speculation that this is somehow about money for Howard is misguided and wrong. Howard has never made a TV or book deal even though he is the one who knew Anna Nicole best.

Howard wants Anna Nicole to be remembered as an icon like Marilyn Monroe, and he knows a lot of damage has been done to her image in the past two months. This restoration of Anna’s image is important for Dannielynn and the views she will have of her mother as she grows up. He also wants to make sure that only Dannielynn profits from Anna Nicole’s name, likeness and estate. As TMZ reported earlier, the money from Anna Nicole’s funeral went to a trust set up for Dannielynn. Howard set up the trust but he does not, and will not, receive any money from it and is not the trustee.”

The DNA results on Dannielynn’s paternity will be revealed tomorrow in court in the Bahamas. Both Stern and Birkhead will be there. Virgie Arthur of course will not be far behind…

It was just one doctor who prescribed 11 prescriptions that were found in Anna Nicole’s hotel room the day she died. There were over 600 pills, 450 of which were muscle relaxants, that were missing from prescriptions that weren’t over five weeks old, information that The Associated Press was able to obtain through a public records request. Dr. Khristine Eroshevich is the psychiatrist who prescribed the pills, and coincidentally is a friend of ANS. Dr. Eroshevich had traveled to Florida with Anna. What kind of quack doctor is that, prescribing 11 freakin’ prescriptions. Sheesh!

Howard K. Stern dropped his appeal to stop the use of DNA to prove who is Dannielynn’s father. This in response to the fact that the Bahamian court was going to reject his appeal anyways. Since he is withdrawing his appeal, he has agreed to pay the legal costs ($10,000) that Larry Birkhead and the Bahamian government department (in charge of the birth certificates) had acquired.

No evidence of foul play in the death of Anna Nicole Smith - it was a drug overdose that killed her. She had been taking nine different types of medication days before she died, including a sleeping aid.

Seminole Police have turned over new evidence to Medical Examiner, Dr. Joshua Perper, thus halting the results of the autopsy done on Anna Nicole Smith. He would not disclose what the evidence was. The secretary for Dr. Perper said that the autopsy results would be made available within the next week or two.
