Soap star Nathaniel Marston (who plays Dr. Michael McBain on One Live To Live), was arrested Sunday morning and charged with attacking three people in New York City.
Marston evidently was under the influence of drugs, possibly cocaine, when police were called to the scene.
Marston had gotten out of a taxi, started arguing with the driver, then started swinging a metal crate at Salvatore Cabibbo (who was nearby). Marston has been charged with two counts of felony assault, two counts of reckless endangerment, and criminal possession of a weapon. He was also charged with one count of resisting arrest. He was taken to Bellevue Hospital, but was released this morning.
It looks as if he has had problems on the One Life To Live set in recent days as well - he was described by a source as being an “emotional wreck” and it led to a blowup on the set.
I’m sure the powers that be over at One Life To Live aren’t too thrilled with Marston being arrested. Hmmm, could he soon be headed to the unemployment line?
Matt Roloff, who stars in TLC’s “Little People Big World”, was arrested last month on suspicion of DUI. I must admit, I love this show!!
He was driving a 2005 Chevrolet van in Washington County, Oregon when officers saw that the vehicle could not stay within its own lane. The van was pulled over by Sheriffs and Roloff was identified. He failed a field sobriety test and was taken to Washington County jail where he was cited for a DUI. Roloff refused to take a breath test. He was later released.
Roloff was born with diastrophic dysplasia. His wife Amy and son Zach both have achondroplasia. Their show chronicles their lives as they deal with life as little people, with three of their children of normal size.
The Extreme Makeover Home Edition host was arrested early Saturday morning on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and drugs. TMZ is reporting that he was arrested around 12:35 AM Saturday morning and released after posting $5000 bail. More details to come!!

“I made an error in judgment. We all make mistakes, however this is about accountability. Under no circumstances should anyone consume alcohol while driving. I could have jeopardized the lives of others and I am grateful there was no accident or harm done to anyone. This was my wake-up call. I also want to apologize to my fans, ABC Television and my design team for my lapse in judgment and the embarrassment I have caused.”

Joe Francis, the creator behind Girls Gone Wild, was arrested at the Panama City airport in Florida earlier this morning. He is being held at the Bay County jail.
Francis told Geraldo Rivera yesterday that he would surrender to authorities but airport police recognized Francis before he could surrender. An arrest was ordered last week after Francis changed the terms of a settlement deal regarding a 2003 lawsuit in which seven women accused him of victimizing them by filming them in sexual situations while they were in Panama City on spring break. He was supposed to begin serving jail time in Panama City last Thursday, but he did not show up.
He told Geraldo yesterday:
“I’m not trying to hide at all. I’m on my way to Florida right now to turn myself in and comply with the judge’s order. I would never run from justice.”
I think Joe might have been a little busy last week since it was, for the most part, Spring Break last week, wasn’t it? Heh heh.

Good thing LC got away from this loser…TMZ is reporting that Jason Wahler, former Laguna Beach reality star, was arrested over the weekend in Washington. This is getting to be old news, isn’t it? The arresting police officer said that Jason made racist remarks to him, and said that “he was rich and would have my a$$”.
Police had responded to a call at the Waterfront Marriott involving a fight in which Wahler was involved. Wahler was on the hotel lobby floor wrestling with an unidentified man. The police report indicates that Wahler punched one of the security guards in the mouth and then Wahler fled from the hotel, but returned later where he was “very intoxicated” and passed out on the floor in a hallway of the third floor, where police found him.
This is the fourth arrest in nine months for Jase. What a LOSER!!!!

Remember the little brother of Alex P. Keaton on Family Ties? Brian Bonsall played Andy Keaton in the 80’s and was one of my favorite shows. Well, Bonsall, now 25, was arrested on Wednesday in Colorado for domestic violence after an alleged attack on his live in girlfriend. According to police reports, Bonsall’s girlfriend, 26 year old Lindsay Dunavan, claimed that Bonsall poured an alcoholic beverage on her while she was sleeping and when she tried to leave the apartment, attempted to choke her and throw her on the bed repeatedly.
Now for Brian’s version: He told police that he had pushed Dunavan in self-defense because she came at him with a steak knife and cut his arm and face.
They both were arrested at first but then Dunavan was “un-arrested” (according to a police spokeswoman), and that Bonsall is now the “prominent aggressor” in incident. He’s facing two possible counts of felony second-degree assault and misdemeanor false imprisonment and will be charged on Tuesday. He is in jail with a $5,000 bail.
He is no stranger to the Boulder police department, he was involved in reports regarding allegations of domestic violence and assault but was not arrested. He was arrested in 2004 for drunk driving.
Just yet another episode of a child actor gone bad.

Why am I not surprised? Jessica was arrested on Monday for driving under the influence on a freeway near Laguna. The 1999 Volkswagen Bug that she was driving rear ended an Acura because of her “level of intoxication, unsafe speed, and wet roadway conditions”, according to a CHP statement. She was booked at the Orange County jail and charged with felony DUI. Her and Jason should compare notes or maybe she should hire Jase’s attorney. Heh heh.

TMZ is reporting that Vivica A. Fox was arrested last night for driving under the influence. She was speeding on the 101 Freeway in the San Fernando Valley at approximately 10:57 PM when she passed a cop car going 80 mph. She was given the field sobriety test and failed. She was taken to a Van Nuys jail and did two breathalyzer tests, with a spokesman for the CHP stating that “It was definitely over the .08 legal limit.” She was cited and released. No word yet as to when she is to appear in court.

TMZ is reporting that Jason Wahler was arrested over the weekend after resisting a public officer while in North Carolina. The 20-year-old lied about his age and was not carrying any ID when he was approached by the Alcohol Law Enforcement Division. He spent a couple hours in jail and was released on $1000 bail.

Bobby Brown was arrested yet again in Massachusetts while he was watching his daughter at a cheerleading competition.
He was arrested at Attleboro High School Sunday night on a warrant for failing to appear at a child support hearing in October. He was scheduled to appear this afternoon in court, said Adam Loomis of All State Constables in Weymouth. “He was supposed to show up and prove everything was up to date,” Loomis said.
Back in October, Brown had paid $11,000 in delinquent child support. It is not known if he still owes Kim Ward, the mother of two of his children, anymore child support.
Brown is also going through a divorce with Whitney Houston, his wife of 14 years. They have one daughter together, Bobbi Kristina.
