Salma Hayek and her fiance, Francois Henri Pinault, are the proud parents of little Valentina Paloma Pinault. Salma went into the hospital on Thursday, and this is her first child. Francois has two other children from a previous marriage.

Pinault is the CEO of PPR (which owns Gucci and Yes Saint Laurent - oooh lucky Salma!), and Salma has been quite busy with Ugly Betty, where she serves as a guest star and executive producer of the show.

She told Marie Claire magazine earlier this year:

“Motherhood is not for everyone. It is for me, but there’s no reason women should feel rushed to have a child.”

It’s about time! The long awaited Brady baby is here. ET Online has reported that Bridget gave birth earlier today to a little boy and Tom Brady was spotted arriving to a Los Angeles area hospital with flowers in tow. Gah, I hope Gisele wasn’t traipsing into the hospital with him.

Spice Girl Emma Bunton gave birth this morning to a baby boy. Beau was born at 11:12 AM at London Portland Hospital. He weighed in at 7lbs 15oz.

Emma, 31, and her boyfriend, Jade (the former singer for Damage), 27, have been together for eight years, and moved in together last year.

Jade said: “He is a very lovely boy. I’m over the moon.”

In an interview with InStyle magazine, Christina Aguilera reportedly wants her baby to be bilingual. Christina is fluent in Spanish and wants her child to learn the language as well.

“I definitely want my kids to know Spanish. And I’m taking my tapes on tour.”

Jenna Elfman, of “Dharma and Greg” fame, gave birth to a baby boy on July 23rd. Story Elias was 7 pounds, 2 ounces. This is the first child for Jenna and her husband, Bodhi Elfman.

My favorite reality show couple, Trista and Ryan Sutter, welcomed a baby boy yesterday. Maxwell Alston Sutter weighed 5 pounds and 3 ounces and was born at Vail Valley Medical Center in Vail, Colorado, where Trista and Ryan live.

Trista and Ryan met on ABC’s first installment of The Bachelorette. They married in a lavish wedding that was televised in December 2003.

Jillian Barberie gave gave birth to a baby girl Friday in L.A. This is the first child for the Good Day L.A. co-host and her actor husband Grant Reynolds. Their little one has been named Ruby Raven Reynolds and weighed in at 6 pounds, 12 ounces and is 19 inches long. Jillian will take a three month maternity leave from her Good Day L.A. gig.

Toni Collette and her husband, musician Dave Galafassi are expecting a baby. She reportedly is due in December. Toni and Dave married in 2003 and this will be the first child for the couple.

Speaking of Beverly Hills 90210, Jason Priestley and his wife Naomi welcomed a baby girl. No details were given as far as when the little 90210′er was born or her name.

Jason and Naomi (a makeup artist) met back in 2001 and were married in May of 2005. This is the first child for the couple.

Blah blah blah. We all knew that Nicole was pregnant with all of the baby bump photos circulating so Us Mag has confirmed the preggers news for us. Nicole is more than 12 weeks pregnant with Joel Madden’s offspring. A source told Us that “she is extremely excited”.

But wait, there’s more! It looks like Joel has gone shopping for an engagement ring and that both families are thrilled with the baby news. Um, are they also thrilled that Nicole could be heading to jail? She’s due in court on July 11th in regards to her December 2006 arrest. If she is found guilty, the pregnant Mama could get 90 days to a year in jail because she had previously been convicted for a DUI in 2003. Having a baby in jail. Lovely.

Christina and her husband, Jordan Bratman, are expecting a baby. We knew it all along, what with all the photos out there of Xtina sporting a baby bump, but now it has been confirmed. The couple were married in November 2005. This is their first child. No word on the due date….

Christina is still on tour, and has a show tonight in Hong Kong. She will make more stops throughout Asia and Australia and her tour finishes up August 3rd in Auckland, New Zealand.
