angelinamaddox.JPGAngelina and her son Maddox are expected to arrive in Vietnam late Wednesday to adopt a 3 year old boy. She is scheduled to attend an adoption ceremony with Vietnamese officials in Ho Chi Minh City Thursday morning. Once she has the child, she will meet with U.S. consular officials, who will review the adoption before a passport will be issued for the boy. She could bring the boy home as early as this weekend.

The little boy has been living at the Tam Binh orphanage since he was abandoned at a hospital as an infant. After he arrived at the orphanage, staff were unsuccessful in trying to locate the boy’s parents. They say that he is healthy, friendly, and a little bit shy. He also loves to play soccer.

Angelina filed the adoption papers as a single parent, because she and Brad are not married.

shiloh.JPGAccording to BANG Showbiz, Brad and Angelina’s daughter Shiloh had a cameo role in Brad’s latest movie, “The Curious Case of Benajamin Button”. Her role was that of playing Cate Blanchett as a baby. Twin sisters were originally supposed to take on the role, but apparently they could not settle down prior to their shoot amid several tries to calm the twins down. In comes Brad to save the day. Shiloh (who was there on the set daycare center) was of course, a natural.

angelina.JPGIt’s official. Angelina Jolie has filed papers to adopt a child in Vietnam. The Associated Press reported that the director of Vietnam’s International Adoption Agency has confirmed that an American adoption agency representing Angelina has submitted the necessary paperwork. She and Brad already have three children, Maddox, who is 5, Zahara is 2, and Shiloh is 9 months old.

They both spent Thanksgiving in Vietnam where they were constantly hounded by paparazzi. Angelina returned to Vietnam just this past January, where she attended a meeting regarding the Maddox Jolie-Pitt Project, the charity she is involved with which helps her son’s native Cambodia.

Here is a rare picture of Brangelina together. It’s about time. It’s stupid that they’re always photographed barely standing next to each other. C’mon - we all know you’re a couple for God’s sake - I think having a baby together tipped us off…….Sheesh!!

Can you tell I’m for “Team Aniston”? LOL.

bradangie.JPGI read this story from the Associated Press:

NEW YORK - Brad Pitt, ever the social activist, says he won’t be marrying Angelina Jolie until the restrictions on who can marry whom are dropped.”Angie and I will consider tying the knot when everyone else in the country who wants to be married is legally able,” the 42-year-old actor reveals in Esquire magazine’s October issue, on newsstands Sept. 19.In the article he reflects on “fifteen things I think everyone should know.”

Though Shiloh, the world-famous daughter of Pitt and girlfriend/earth mother Angelina Jolie, hogged much attention upon her birth in May, Pitt says he “cannot imagine life” without adopted children, Maddox, 5, and Zahara, 1.”They’re as much of my blood as any natural born, and I’m theirs,” says Pitt. “That’s all I can say about it. I can’t live without them. So: Anyone considering (adoption), that’s my vote.”Pitt, who plays a world traveler in the upcoming drama “Babel,” subscribes to a laid-back parenting style. “I try not to stifle them in any way,” he says. “If it’s not hurting anyone, I want them to be able to explore. Sometimes that means they’re quite rambunctious. “Lucky kids.” I feel it’s really important to have that time to sit and talk to them,” he continues. “I really like that last minute before they fade off. And always give them a heads-up before you jerk them out of something. You need to tell them, like, ‘You have three more minutes.’ ”
