Things are just going downhill for Britney Spears’ manager Sam Lufti. On Friday, Brit’s father, Jamie Spears, requested a temporary restraining order against him. It was approved. Now details have come forth that Britney’s mother, Lynne Spears, is claiming that Lufti drugged Britney and verbally abused her.

According to Lynne, Lufti ground up Risperdal and Seroquel pills and put them in Brit’s food. Lufti claims that Britney’s doctor was trying to get her into a sleep induced coma. He is quoted as saying:

“If you try to get rid of me, she’ll be dead and I’ll piss on her grave.”

“Be Proactive to Help” is a new MySpace page that some of Britney’s former employees have started, which basically urges everyone not to buy her new album, “Blackout”, until she gets the help that she needs. A former bodyguard, backup dancer, and makeup artist make up the group and they swear they’re not doing it to be mean, they’re doing it because of their concern for Britney and her boys.

Boycotting Britney is not going to change this “hot mess”. She has to make these changes upon herself on her own, and let’s be honest, it’s not going to happen anytime soon.

Life is a bitch, ain’t it Britney? A judge ruled today that Britney Spears must hand over her two boys, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, to Kevin Federline “until further notice of the court”.

The ruling comes on the heels of recent misdemeanor charges (hit-and-run and driving without a valid California driver’s license) filed against Britney and a former bodyguard claiming that she used drugs and is a danger to her boys.

The judge has already blasted Brit and said that she is a “habitual, frequent and continuous” user of alcohol and controlled substances. He ordered her to submit to random testing twice a week.

Britney already has a 50/50 custody agreement with Kevin Federline. Another hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.

So Brit loses custody of her boys…do you really think this is going to change her? Highly doubtful. Get your act together or risk losing your kids FOREVER.

Say it isn’t so! Criss Angel has definitely stooped to an all time low by hooking up with trashy train wreck Britney Spears. They were spotted together late Wednesday night at the Cravings Restaurant in West Hollywood. They were then seen driving around town in his Rolls-Royce and entering The Tower-Beverly Hills hotel.

Hmmm, and was there a topless romp yet again at the hotel pool?

Britney showed up for Allure’s cover shoot on time and ready to work. She was entirely unself-conscious: She took off her wig and then stripped down to the waist, for no apparent reason, before sitting for hair and makeup. She was agreeable and cooperative on the shoot and left at the end of the day, followed by a trail of paparazzi. That was the last we saw of her. She missed four appointments for an interview with Allure.

Obviously she is heavily photoshopped in this shot. She’s spiraling downward fast and I just don’t think that this train wreck will ever really bounce back.

Britney Spears’ cousin, Alli Sims, was served with legal papers to appear in court regarding the parenting skills of Brit Brit or lack thereof. She was served early Sunday, August 12th, while she was at a party. Britney was with her at the party at a Hollywood Hills home. A publicist for Kevin Federline’s attorney confirmed that she was served.

What is Alli going to do? Deny that Brit feeds her kids cheetos and coke? Deny that Brit is a trainwreck who’s boozing it up again? Now that is one courtroom I’d love to be in when she appears!

Britney is in need of some serious help, folks. The trampin’ train wreck made out (probably more than that) with 21-year-old Matt Encinias, a college student turned extra in her latest music video turned recipient of Brit’s desperate advances. They pounded drinks and made out in a rooftop pool at L.A.’s Standard Downtown hotel.

She arranged to have the pool open at 2 AM for her and her posse, which included her previous assistant Shannon Funk and some male extras from her video shoot.

More trouble for Britney Spears. No surprise there, eh? The photographers who were involved in that little scuffle with Britney in Las Vegas last weekend have spoken out. Paparazzi Kyle Henderson and Andrew Deetz are alleging that while they were at the Wynn in Las Vegas on July 27th, Britney’s bodyguard, Julio Camera, punched and kicked Deetz and then Britney ran after Henderson.

The photographers claim that Britney also threw a baby bottle at Henderson all the while screaming, “I am going to kill you! I am going to f-ing kill you!”. She then told them to get a restraining order against her if they wanted to stay safe, but she would hire someone to kill them for her.

They both are claiming that they never were a threat to Britney or her kiddos, Sean Preston and Jayden James. As of now, no charges have been filed, but there could be a civil suit against Britney and her bodyguard on behalf of Deetz. He says that he received multiple injuries during the attack and is still being treated for them.

It looks as if Britney Spears is going to have a tell all interview with OK! magazine. My, those folks at OK! have been busy, haven’t they? Evidently she personally called the mag and asked to speak to the editor in chief, Sara Ivens, to negotiate a deal for the interview. Hmmm, will that interview fetch $2 million dollars just like Eva Longoria’s wedding photos did? Reportedly she will speak about the fall out between her and her mother, Lynne, the custody battle and divorce from loser K-Fed, and her recent stay in rehab. Is she going to talk about what a whackjob she is too? Stay tuned…that issue is set to hit newsstands at the end of the month.
