Wynonna Judd is on the cover of the September issue of Ladies’ Home Journal, which hits newsstands August 14th. In the mag, she speaks about her recently split from her husband, D.R. Roach, who at one time was her security director and road manager. He was charged back in March with aggravated sexual battery against a child under 13.
“Everything’s not all right, but I’m all right with everything,” Wynonna said.
Her reaction to the news of Roach’s arrest:
“Disbelief and shock. These are things that you read about and see on the news about people, and you think to yourself, ‘Never in my family!’ “
Did you feel duped by D.R.?
“I know that both D.R. and I had issues with addiction when I married him. … I know the people I chose, I know why I chose them, and I really thought that I could change people through loving them enough. It doesn’t work that way.”
The countdown has begun. High School Musical 2 is set to premiere on Friday, August 17th. Believe me, that’s a date that has been memorized in my daughters’ brains. They can’t wait for HSM2! Ashley Tisdale and Zac Efron are on two separate covers for CosmoGirl!

“I had to sink a 30-foot PGA Tour golf putt (for the film). It took the golf pro eight tries — but I sank it on my first try! That’s really my putt that you see in the movie. Another time, Ashley had to swing and miss — but she let go of the club and it went flying towards a crew member. It was hilarious watching Ashley completely choke.”
Lindsay Lohan is on the cover of Elle Magazine’s September issue, which will hit the newsstands on Tuesday. She sat down with Elle a mere 36 hours before her arrest in May on suspicion of DUI. As we all know, she entered Promises shortly after arrest #1 and left July 13 after spending 45 days in the program. 11 days later, on July 24th, arrest #2 on suspicion of felony cocaine possesion, misdemeanor DUI, and driving with a suspended license.
Some excerpts from her interview with Elle, and remember, this was before both of her arrests:
Regarding her rehab stint in January:
“I was glad I went, because I needed to get away from everyone. … And I learned a lot there.”
Regarding who takes care of her:
“Jenni (Munro, one of her assistants), my mom and Leslie (Sloane-Zelnick, her publicist).”

In related news…still no word yet on Gisele’s boyfriend, Tom Brady, and his footballer offspring…I have not heard anything regarding Bridget Moynahan and the birth of hers and Tom’s baby.
It shouldn’t be fair that a woman who has had three kids look like this. But alas, it’s supermodel Heidi Klum, so of course you’re gonna look hot! Heidi does appear nude in the magazine as well…wearing only heels.
The 34 year-old supermodel raked in over 8 million dollars last year, putting her in 3rd place on the Forbes’ list of Richest Supermodels.

Jennifer Lopez is on the cover of Fashion Rocks, which is the outsert that will be included in 16 different Conde Nast publications - Glamour, Vogue, W, Allure, Self, Teen Vogue, GQ, Details, Men’s Vogue, Architectural Digest, Lucky, Domino, Vanity Fair, Conde Nast Traveler, Wired and The New Yorker. They’re promising “models on nearly every page” with articles featuring Amy Winehouse, Carrie Underwood, and Sean Lennon. Watch for it this Friday in your mailbox…
Cutie patootie Mandy Moore graces the cover of InStyle magazine for its August 2007 issue. It’s too bad more of her contemporaries can’t follow suit and know that you don’t have to be emaciated to make it in Hollywood. You go girl!
According to Billboard, Mandy will be hitting the road with Paula Cole, in her first ever co-headlining tour, with some select solo performances. The tour will start off in Portland, OR on August 18th and continue through September 9th, where the last show will be in Charlotte, NC. Here’s the itinerary:

It’s been five and a half years since we last saw the infamous security video of Winona Ryder shoplifting at Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills. What’s she been up to? Vogue caught up with the actress and found that she has three movie comedies coming out - The Ten, Sex and Death 101, and The Last Word.
She explained the infamous shoplifting incident:
“Two months prior to that, I broke my arm in two places, and the doctor … was giving me a lot of stuff (Oxycodone, not to be confused with OxyContin), and I was taking it at first to get through the pain. And then there was this weird point when you don’t know if you are in pain but you’re taking it.” She continues: “Have you ever taken painkillers? It isn’t a reckless (state), like you’re out of your head. It’s just confusion.”
I absolutely love Kelly Ripa. I’ve been watching her since her ‘All My Children’ days as Haley Chandler. So, of course when she left AMC, I didn’t mind because she went on to bigger and better things over at ‘Live With Regis and Kelly’. Next month she’s on the cover of Redbook Magazine and gushes to them that she’s had a crush on her husband Mark Consuelos since the day they met. Well who wouldn’t? He’s a freakin’ hottie!!
Kelly and Mark have been married for the past 11 years and have three kids - Michael, 10; Loa, 6; and Joaquin, 4.
Lindsay Lohan graces the cover of Tatler Magazine next month. Well and isn’t that appropriate? Someone hacked her computer and has naked photos of her taken by her previous bad boy boyfriend, Calum Best. Page Six reports that celebslam.com has the nude photos and is threatening to publish them. Yeah, the attorneys have already been contacted so who knows if we’ll even get to see any of them.
