A Judge has approved the divorce of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown and it will be finalized on April 24, according to PEOPLE Mag. The Judge also awarded custody of their 14 year old daughter, Bobbi Christina, to Whitney. They were married for a surprising 14 years. Whitney was present during the proceedings and was dabbing away tears during the hearing (happy tears maybe? heh heh).

She filed for legal separation from Bobby in September 2006, then actually filed for divorce in mid October. The divorce wasn’t coming along fast enough for her so on Dec 28 filed a default judgment.

Unfortunately, I see that these two will make their way back to each other again in the future. Oy!

Britney can finally go out and celebrate…and doesn’t she look quite happy in the picture above? She was seen having dinner with friends at Bridge in West Hollywood. Earlier, she and Kevin Federline finally reached a divorce settlement. Rumors are that Kevin will receive 1 million dollars and he and Britney will share custody of their two kids, Sean Preston and Jayden James, 50/50.

Christie Brinkley has filed for divorce from her cheatin’ husband, Peter Cook. Brinkley announced in July that she and Cook were separating after a 19 year old coed claimed Cook had seduced her shortly after hiring her to work at his architectural firm. Cook published a public apology to Christie in the New York Post’s Cindy Adams’ column shortly after news of the affair broke.

Christie and Peter were married in 1996 and have an 8 year old daughter, Sailor. Cook adopted Brinkley’s son, Jack, 11, from her previous marriage to Richard Taubman. Christie also has a daughter, Alexa Ray, from her marriage to Billy Joel.
