No Doubt’s Gwen Stefani is suing retail chain Forever 21 for trademark infringement. She and her Harajuku Lovers fashion line are claiming that Forever 21 stole designs from them.
Reps for Gwen say that “Forever 21 is marketing, promoting, and selling products featuring a design ‘virtually indistinguishable’ from Harajuku’s signature heart/box logo”. Allegedly Forever 21 basically used the design but changed the word “Harajuku” to “Forever” and the word “Lovers” to “Love”.
Gwen launched the fashion line back in 2005.

Gwen Stefani, hubby Gavin Rossdale, and little Kingston spent some quality family time at the park yesterday. Gwen’s hair is a little questionable but I do LOVE Kingston’s outfit! What a cutie… Check out photos below:

Gwen Stefani and her husband Gavin Rossdale celebrated their son Kingston’s 1st birthday on Friday. Pizza and balloons were part of the affair at Otto Enoteca in New York’s Greenwich Village.

Woo hoo! Gwen Stefani will be helping out the Top 10 on American Idol next week…Gawd what is she going to say about Sanjaya? heh heh…She will then return on Wednesday for the results show and perform “The Sweet Escape” with Akon. The contestants will be picking their favorite pop songs, which is the theme for next week.
