I’m sure Lauren Conrad is glad she got rid of this guy. US Mag got a hold of the pics above of former Laguna Beach bad boy Jason Wahler and a friend, rapper Jay 211, holding a gun to their heads. Idiots. Freakin’ idiots. A source revealed:

“We were just wasted one night and we ended up back at Jay’s house in North Hollywood. Everyone was just playing around and they decided to play Russian Roulette. There was one bullet in the gun and Jason and Jay both pointed the gun at their heads and pulled the trigger. Jason’s out of control. He’s out of his f–king mind.”

Good thing LC got away from this loser…TMZ is reporting that Jason Wahler, former Laguna Beach reality star, was arrested over the weekend in Washington. This is getting to be old news, isn’t it? The arresting police officer said that Jason made racist remarks to him, and said that “he was rich and would have my a$$”.

Police had responded to a call at the Waterfront Marriott involving a fight in which Wahler was involved. Wahler was on the hotel lobby floor wrestling with an unidentified man. The police report indicates that Wahler punched one of the security guards in the mouth and then Wahler fled from the hotel, but returned later where he was “very intoxicated” and passed out on the floor in a hallway of the third floor, where police found him.

This is the fourth arrest in nine months for Jase. What a LOSER!!!!

Why am I not surprised? Jessica was arrested on Monday for driving under the influence on a freeway near Laguna. The 1999 Volkswagen Bug that she was driving rear ended an Acura because of her “level of intoxication, unsafe speed, and wet roadway conditions”, according to a CHP statement. She was booked at the Orange County jail and charged with felony DUI. Her and Jason should compare notes or maybe she should hire Jase’s attorney. Heh heh.

Jason Wahler, former “Laguna Beach” and “The Hills” co-star, was sentenced to 60 days in jail after pleading no contest for the beating of a tow truck driver and a city employee. The incident happened back in September 2006 when a tow truck was apparently blocking his vehicle, he got out and punched the tow truck driver and the city employee. Wahler’s blood alcohol level was .22. Wahler was with model Kimberly DeLuca at the time (who had kicked one of the gentlemen and spit in his face) , she plead no contest as well but did not get any jail time. She received 24 months of probation.

In a related incident, Jason was arrested over the weekend for underage drinking resisting arrest.

TMZ is reporting that Jason Wahler was arrested over the weekend after resisting a public officer while in North Carolina. The 20-year-old lied about his age and was not carrying any ID when he was approached by the Alcohol Law Enforcement Division. He spent a couple hours in jail and was released on $1000 bail.
