Big buzz today regarding Lindsay Lohan’s Marilyn Monroe photoshoot for New York Magazine. I’m not very impressed with the photos, but for her to pose nude for the photos, okay, that’s newsworthy. See the NSFW photos below.

The photos were taken by Bert Stern, the same photographer who took the infamous “Last Sitting” Marilyn Monroe photos back in 1962. It was shot in the Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles and it took over two hours to prep the thrice rehabbed 21-year-old, and she even admitted to doing 250 crunches the night before the shoot.

Could Lindsay meet with the similar fate Marilyn Monroe did just six weeks after her final photoshoot with Bert Stern? Lohan said, “I don’t know. But I sure as hell wouldn’t let it happen to me.”

We shall see, eh?

It seems that Lindsay Lohan’s hard partying ways in the months leading up to her recent stint in rehab has cost her a pretty penny. She’s so broke that she can’t even afford to stay anywhere, instead staying at a rich friend’s mansion.

She has spent $1 million dollars on a hotel bill alone, $137,000 in rehab costs, and thousands more in legal fees.

Tom Gores, executive producer of her bomb of a film, I Know Who Killed Me, is the billionaire friend that is letting her stay in his guest house.

A friend revealed:

“Lindsay doesn’t have much choice as she is totally broke. The only reason she’s coming back to LA, is to earn some money fast. She still thinks nothing of blowing thousands of dollars on a single night of partying. And the amount she has wasted putting cocaine up her nose is disgusting. Even she has lost count.”

Lilo even had to sell her homes - a $2.85 million apartment in Los Angeles, and her $1 million New York apartment, because she couldn’t keep up with the mortgage payments.

The list goes on…

Sorry, but I don’t feel one bit of sympathy for her. She brought all this on herself.

Here are photos of Lindsay Lohan’s new boyfriend, 25-year-old snowboarder Riley Giles, whom she met while they both were in rehab at Cirque Lodge. How long should we give this relationship? A couple weeks? A couple months? Meeting your boyfriend in rehab is not exactly a story you’ll be wanting to tell your grandkids one day…heh heh.

Lindsay is not very forthcoming about Riley, except to say to In Touch Mag that she is dating Riley, is “really happy and taking it day by day”.

Lindsay Lohan’s time in rehab looks to be quite the adventure vacation, doesn’t it? She was able to get out a little bit last week to go on a bike ride and now a hike in the mountains.

By the look of your hat, Lindsay, you’re going to need to have a lot of FAITH if you’re going to make it through rehab and stay sober.

Lindsay Lohan is on the cover of Elle Magazine’s September issue, which will hit the newsstands on Tuesday. She sat down with Elle a mere 36 hours before her arrest in May on suspicion of DUI. As we all know, she entered Promises shortly after arrest #1 and left July 13 after spending 45 days in the program. 11 days later, on July 24th, arrest #2 on suspicion of felony cocaine possesion, misdemeanor DUI, and driving with a suspended license.

Some excerpts from her interview with Elle, and remember, this was before both of her arrests:

Regarding her rehab stint in January:

“I was glad I went, because I needed to get away from everyone. … And I learned a lot there.”

Regarding who takes care of her:

“Jenni (Munro, one of her assistants), my mom and Leslie (Sloane-Zelnick, her publicist).”

What do you think? Does Lilo look high in these photos? Heh. Lindsay Lohan recently shot these photos for an ad campaign for New York fashion designer Jill Stuart. I am just sooo over Lindsay already. Her movie, “I Know Who Killed Me”, tanked at the box office this weekend. The folks over at Ghoulpool are predicting that she’ll be dead within the year. It sucks to be Lindsay Blohan!!

The folks over at Madame Tussauds have already prepared their Lindsay Lohan wax figure for jail. What do you think? Do stripes look good on Lilo?

Lindsay Lohan’s attorney, Blair Berk, released the following statement regarding Lindsay’s recent arrest:

“Addiction is a terrible and vicious disease. Since leaving Promises rehab facility on July 13, Lohan has been wearing an electronic alcohol-monitoring bracelet on her ankle. She had it on even as she hit parties and nightclubs in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Throughout this period, I have received timely and accurate reports from the testing companies. Unfortunately, late [Monday] I was informed that Lindsay had relapsed. The bracelet has now been removed. She is safe, out of custody and presently receiving medical care.”

Give me a break. You know as well as I that she’s probably been drinking this whole freakin’ time and unfortunately for her got busted by the police. Jail time jail time jail time jail time……

Are we surprised by this news? Of course not. Lindsay Lohan was arrested earlier this morning for DUI. She was arrested at 2:15 AM in Santa Monica, California. Cocaine was found on her as well. So, all in all she was charged for DUI, possession of coke, transporting a narcotic into a custodial facility and driving on a suspended license. She posted $25,000 bail.

Jail time is imminent, especially since she was just booked last week for DUI as a result from her Memorial Day smashup. Gah, life is over as you know it, Linds….
