Shia LaBeouf took box office gold away from Will Ferrell of “Blades of Glory” this past weekend. Disturbia debuted at #1 with a weekend gross of $22,224,982. Not bad for a 20 year old, eh? He has a bright future ahead of him - even more so now that he has been cast in the next Indiana Jones movie. Good choice, Steven Spielberg.

Blades of Glory takes home the gold yet again this weekend, but the big surprise is that the highly anticipated Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez flick, Grindhouse, only makes it as high as #4. Note to Quentin and Robert: Don’t release one of your movies over Easter…hello…this is more of a family friendly weekend, not one of blood and guts.
