Paris Hilton is the October cover girl for Elle Magazine, UK edition (You can see more photos of her in the mag below). She sat down for an interview with novelist Jackie Collins (who has known Paris since she was 10 years old). Here are some excerpts:

On the paparazzi:

“I think they’re out of control. I’ve rented this beautiful beach house, I’m all excited to go out on the beach and I can’t even do that. I had to put up these huge white walls. I can’t even see the beach from my house now, because there are 60 or 70 paparazzi standing on the beach in front of my house waiting for me to go in the ocean and for my bathing suit top to fall off. It’s insane.”

On what makes her happy:

“My animals, my family…I just love all my pets. I have 11 dogs, two monkeys, three ferrets. The monkeys and the ferrets are at my ranch, but the dogs and three cats and two bunnies run around my house.”

Would she have a baby on her own?

“No, because I wanna have, like, a family and a guy…Y’know, it just upsets me becasue I’m not anything like what people say about me, and this cartoon character that they’ve made of me is just completely false. It makes me mad that I’m such a good person and I’m treated like that by some people. I just don’t get it.”

The police were called in to handle the crowd at Kitson yesterday, where Paris Hilton unveiled her new clothing line. The trendy boutique in L.A. was swarmed with fans waiting to catch a glimpse of the socialite.

“It’s a dream come true to have my own clothing line,” she said. “It’s just Paris style: fun, bright and flashy.”

Paris Hilton spent the day partying with friends at her beach house. What do you think of her camouflage bathing suit? Love it or hate it?

Obviously Paris’ vow to change her partying ways has gone on deaf ears. The party girl extraordinaire was seen table dancing at a nightclub in Las Vegas recently. She’s not going to change…and to think at one point I felt just a teensie bit sorry for her.

Paris Hilton has herself a new boyfriend in the likes of T-shirt designer Tyler Atkins. He’s a 21-year-old Australian who apparently can’t keep his mouth shut. He did an interview back on June 20th which has now landed on YouTube (see the video below). He refers to Paris as “this famous chick”. Heh. Here’s an excerpt, ’cause seriously folks, it’s hard to freakin’ understand him!!

“She’s like a full pill-popper … she brought out these pills and because I was drunk I went, ‘Yeah, [bleep] it - I’ll just have one. Why not?’” And she gave me like four of these pills that were like Vicodin; they were like Rohypnols or something. Heavy, heavy. And she drugged me, this famous chick. … I woke up in her spa bath with her and her best friend. We were in the spa bath, full-on threesome.”

Paris Hilton is back from her Hawaiian vacay and spent yesterday moving into her new digs, a beach house in Malibu. I’m sure her former neighbors are thrilled. Heh heh. She also has a message to all of her fans on her MySpace page:

“Happy 4th of July!
Current mood: excited

Hey everyone! I’m back from my much needed vacation in Maui. It was so beautiful and relaxing. But its good to be home again. I just want to thank you all for your letters of love and support. I am doing my best to respond to each and every one with the letter I wrote–that message was for fans like you who have supported me through it all.

I wanted to let you all know that I’m going to be updating my myspace and writing in more cause I haven’t done it in awhile. The past month has inspired me to move forward with some exciting new projects, so I will keep you all posted.

Paris Hilton appeared on “Larry King Live” this evening and described being locked up in a cell as a “traumatic experience”. She had mentioned that having to be strip searched was one of the most humiliating experiences of her life. One thing I did notice…when Larry asked her what her favorite Bible passage was, she did not have an answer and looked even embarrassed by the fact that she couldn’t even name one. Hmmm, so much for going to Catholic school, eh? You’d better go to Mass on Sunday like you said you would. Heh heh.

She’s free!! She’s free!! Honestly, all this media frenzy over three weeks in jail….whatever…We’ll just have to wait and see exactly how much of a changed woman Paris is. Funny how shy and demure she looked walking towards her parents’ vehicle when she was released. Ya think she’ll be doing the clubbing scene tonight? Heh heh. I do like the more natural look she’s sporting…she should think about keeping that…
