I wasn’t the only one who caught Simon rolling his eyes last night after Chris Richardson did a shout out to all of his friends at Virginia Tech. Now Simon tells TMZ:

“I couldn’t hear what Chris had said. I was talking to Paula. My reaction (rolling my eyes) was to what he had said previously, that singing nasally is a form of singing.”

Okay Simon, I believe you….this time.

If you watched the American Idol Results Show on Wednesday, then you saw the clip of Simon while he was in Africa talking about what a donation during the “Idol Gives Back” show can purchase for these underprivileged children in Africa. They are in desperate need of school supplies - crayons, pencils, workbooks, etcetera - things that we deem as so basic here in America - they just simply don’t have over there. It’s quite sad, really. Well, click on the video below to see what one little schoolgirl thought of Simon. Hilarious!

Simon Cowell will be on 60 Minutes this Sunday, March 18. He was interviewed by the oh so sexy Anderson Cooper. Simon dishes about the criticism that he has received from the music industry, his wealth and value to Sony/BMG, whom he works for, and the appeal that American Idol has. Hmmm, I wonder if this interview will be dreadful, horrid, or forgettable. Heh heh.

In TV Guide magazine’s March 19th issue, Paula talks about how she and Simon Cowell are actually really good friends in real life. She said, “Simon and I actually get along great. We have cultivated a fun relationship. He’s actually become a really good friend.”She was asked if they were both attracted to one antoerh when they first met, as Simon has stated in the past, “Oh, puh-leez! He makes this stuff up. He said, ‘Paula, people want us to hook up so bad.’ I said, ‘That’s disgusting.’ He goes, ‘Paula, I know you want me,’ and I go, ‘Like a cold sore.’ We have fun playing up the chemistry, but there’s also times when I would cross the other side of the street so I wouldn’t have to look at him. Simon will do things that people have no idea about..when the camera isn’t on me, (he) isn’t watching the performance, he’s poking and prodding me.”Poking and prodding Paula? You little tiger!! Heh heh.
