“Sopranos” star Drea de Matteo is pregnant. Page Six is reporting that she was seen at Veronique Maternity on Madison Avenue looking at maternity clothes. The baby’s father is Shooter Jennings (and grandson of Waylon Jennings). Sources at the store said that “She isn’t showing much of a baby bump yet.”

Sheryl Crow has adopted a little boy. He was born two weeks ago. This is the first child for the 45 year old rocker. Here is what she posted on her website:

Hey Everybody,

I am so excited to share with you guys that I’ve adopted a little boy ..he was born 2 weeks ago.

His name is Wyatt (after my dad) Steven (after my little brother and Scooter) and we are enjoying some very private family time.

Just wanted you to be the first to know.

This last Friday, the crew from American Idol followed our own Arizona girl, Jordin Sparks, while she made some stops here in Phoenix. It was quite a spectacle in Glendale, where Jordin resides. She should know by now that this whole state is rooting for her to become the next American Idol. I’m anxious to see the footage that they shot - it will be shown on Tuesday. She made her rounds Friday morning and did some radio promos, she said that Tuesday’s show she will be singing 3 songs!

I took some vacation days - had a ton of family in town, but now I’m back! Wow, the celebrity gossip world was a buzzin’ while I was gone, wasn’t it? Hope everyone had a very nice Mother’s Day.

I knew it was either going to be Blake or Lakisha that was going home last night and unfortunately it was Kiki. I’ll miss her! The remaining three Idols go visit their hometowns, and I just read that Jordin will be visiting Phoenix tomorrow. We are so proud of our Arizona girl!

According to the NY Daily News, Laura Prepon and Chris Masterson have split. They have dated since 2000 and moved in together back in 2001. Evidently Laura was overheard talking about her life as a single woman at the Polaroid/Stuff Magazine party in Kentucky Friday night.

On the most exciting thing about her new weight:

“For the longest time, when I was very heavy, I couldn’t cross my legs. I couldn’t physically do it. LOVE that I can cross my legs now … Even my shoe size is changing. My Jimmy Choos are too big now.”

On what she thinks of super-skinny actresses:

“I think I have no wrinkles because I always had fat on my face. Really skinny girls age so fast.”
